Payment
All payment is required up front
All prices are given in EURO
Paypal payment only
Refunds
After I start the work, I can only refund 50% of the paid price
After the sketch phase has been approved and completed, an issue cannot be given
If a sketch has not been approved after 3 rounds of communication and there is no progression in moving towards an acceptable sketch, a refund will be issued automatically and the slot will be cancelled.
Final Piece
The artwork will be posted to my social media (with signature added). You can ask not to be credited in the social media post.
Approved final art will be delivered without a watermark, preferably through email, to preserve the commission's original file quality
You may repost the finished piece on your social media.
Buyer is permitted to use the commission for non-commercial, personal use. No commercial use of any kind will be tolerated
I will communicate immediately if I cannot take on the commission, if possible I will provide the reason.
By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, please ask. Above all else, I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
